FederalTaxExtension.com is operated by Herald Brands LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use federaltaxextension.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you send us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, a company name or an offer amount. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Calculators and tools
Our calculators and checkers run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored.
Server and security logs
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics, only with your permission
If you choose “Allow analytics” in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google sets cookies for this and processes data such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Affiliate links
Some pages may link to partner services. If you follow such a link, the partner may set its own cookies to record the referral. Their privacy policy then applies. See our advertiser disclosure.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them longer for a business or legal reason.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. To use these rights, email contact@heraldbrands.com. We will respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
